I love the way this coat makes me look. It's dark, it's obscuring, and it flows well in the wind. My only complaints are thus: the buttons on the front are flashy, very loose, and poorly attached. Mine fell off after a short while, which forced me to sew them back on. They're also just really ugly, flashy silver buttons that look cheap and tacky. After all of mine fell off, I just added my own black buttons, which look much better in my opinion.
My second complaint is that the cape doesn't wrap around to the front, but that may be my fault for assuming the picture was just raised to display the arms. The cape really does stop just on the side of the shoulder, which looks so odd and the slightest breeze will knock it back, making it look like half of a superhero cape.
Those small things aside, this is a great gothic coat that is sure to get you strange looks when walking down the street.

It arrived 4 weeks after I placed the order. It seems to be good quality. Model is great, size a little bit too small, but that's trendy now. :)

The jacket is gorgeous, but the sizing is on the small side. Shipping was super fast!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. He loved it. It fit him perfectly, however he is a thin guy. I would recommend ordering a larger size than you would normally wear. It was made very well. All in all I was extremely pleased with the purchase. And I did have to contact customer service a few times and they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this product and this site.
