Rebels Market makes leather shoes, boots, and jackets using your measurements, not only a standard size. Most brands make them in standard sizes, leaving you to find the closest fit. You choose the style you love, and we make it for your proportions, so you don't have to settle for a different style because of how you're built.
Where are you located, and where are your products made?
Rebels Market is based in Woodside, California, where we design every style. Each piece is made with long-term specialist workshops in León, Mexico; Ubrique, Spain; and Lahore, Pakistan, each chosen for the kind of leatherwork it does best.
How does made-to-fit work?
Choose your shoes, boots, or jacket and order in your usual size. After checkout, we'll send you a simple guide to submit your measurements. We use those details to make your piece for your proportions. Prefer not to measure? You can confirm the size you selected instead; in that case, we'll make it in that size.
Can I customize my shoes, boots, or jacket?
Yes. Depending on the style, you can choose colors, leathers, and personal details such as a monogram. Eligible customization options are included at no extra cost. Check the product page for what's available.
How do I know my item will fit?
We make it using the measurements you submit, so it accounts for width and proportions that standard sizing misses. Your usual size is a starting point. If something looks incomplete or inconsistent, our fit team will contact you before we start making your piece. Measure carefully: we build to the measurements you confirm.
How long will my order take?
Once we have your confirmed measurements and order details, making your piece takes about 10 business days. Shipping typically takes another 3–5 business days. Shipping is free within the U.S.; outside the U.S., duties and customs are paid by the customer.
Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
No. We price every made-to-fit piece fairly all year instead of marking it up to discount it later, so we don't run sales or offer coupon codes. The price you see is the price everyone pays.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact our fit team and we'll review the order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, different from what you confirmed, or made incorrectly to the measurements you supplied, we'll offer a remake or refund and cover the related shipping. If it was correctly made to the measurements you provided but doesn't fit as expected, it isn't eligible for a fit-related return or remake. We'll still review the issue and explain the options available.
