Are your shoes really handmade?
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans not mass-produced. Each piece passes through multiple expert hands, from pattern cutting to finishing, ensuring precision and character in every stitch.
Where are your products made?
Designed in Woodside, California by our U.S.-based design team. We handcraft them in León (Mexico), Ubrique (Spain), and Lahore (Pakistan) whichever workshop gets your made-to-order piece to you fastest. Every workshop follows the same strict standards for quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
What kind of leather do you use?
Only full-grain and top-grain leather the highest quality available. Sourced responsibly and tanned using eco-conscious methods that preserve natural texture and durability. All hides come from Gold-certified Leather Working Group (LWG) tanneries.
Fit & Sizing
Will these fit me?
Yes, and that's the point. Unlike off-the-shelf boots, yours are built to your measurements before a single piece of leather is cut. After you order, our fit team reaches out to confirm your length, width, and any specific needs. You get a boot made for your foot, not the average foot.
Do you offer different widths?
Yes. Narrow (B), Standard (D), Wide (EE), and Extra-Wide (EEE) across most styles. If you have specific needs high instep, bunion, orthotics leave a note at checkout and our fit team will account for it.
How do I know what size to order?
Our shoes run true to U.S. size. If you're between sizes or prefer more room, go up half a size. When in doubt, our fit team will confirm everything before production starts — so you don't have to guess.
Made-to-Order Process
What does "made to order" mean for me?
It means your boots are built specifically for you not picked from warehouse inventory. The benefit: they're fitted to your measurements, made with fresh materials, and built by hand from start to finish. The trade-off: a ~10 day lead time before they ship. Most customers say it's worth it.
How does the fit process work?
Order → our fit team contacts you to confirm measurements and preferences → production begins → ships in ~10 days. Nothing is cut until we know it's right for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours, yes. After that, materials are allocated and production begins, so we can't guarantee cancellation. If something's wrong, contact us — we'll always make it right.
Warranty & Guarantee
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 1-year craftsmanship warranty on every pair. Covers stitching defects, hardware failure, sole detachment, and material defects under normal wear. Does not cover scuffs, natural wear, or damage from misuse.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long does shipping take?
Your order ships within ~10 days of purchase that's the time it takes to handcraft your pair. You'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free U.S. shipping on all orders. International shipping available at checkout.
What if they don't fit?
Free size exchanges within 30 days for unworn pairs. If they don't fit after our fit team confirmed your measurements, we'll make it right no questions asked.
Where do you ship from?
Directly from the workshop where your pair was made Mexico, Spain, or Pakistan. Direct-to-consumer keeps prices fair and shipping faster.
Care & Longevity
Can the shoes be resoled?
Yes. Every pair is built with Goodyear welt construction, making them easy to resole and refresh for years of wear.
How long will they last?
With proper care and occasional resoling, 5–10 years or more. Full-grain leather only gets better with age.
